Background
Wynter Dares' experience includes over a decade as a management consultant, working predominantly with multinational mining, gas and construction companies across Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Americas. Early in his career, Wynter spent time as a secondary school teacher and has also lectured in entrepreneurship at a tertiary level.
From this diverse background, Wynter is passionate about applying contemporary practice and lessons learnt from a range of industries to extend how health services can be delivered.
Since establishing Joint Vision Orthopaedic Group in August 2020, Wynter has had a relentless focus on leading with a patient-centred approach and designing a comprehensive, responsive health service. This vision led to the development of an Australian-first concept in musculoskeletal care.
In recognition of his leadership and innovation, Wynter was named Outstanding Business Leader at the 2024 IMB Bank Illawarra Business Awards. Joint Vision Orthopaedic Group was also highly commended in both the Excellence in Customer Service and Excellence in Large Business categories.
