Joint Vision

Joint Vision founder Dr Meghan Dares received Businesswoman of the Year and Innovative Businesswoman of the Year at the 2026 Illawarra Women in Business Awards. Joint Vision was also Highly Commended for Business of the Year.

Building connected care

The awards recognised Meghan's work in developing Joint Vision, which brings specialist consultation, allied health, imaging, rehabilitation and research together in Wollongong.

In her acceptance speech, Meghan described the question behind that work: “How could this be better for the patient?”

That question continues to inform how the team plans care, communicates across disciplines and connects patients with the people they need at each stage.

A shared effort

Meghan acknowledged the Joint Vision team and the Illawarra community, alongside the people who have helped build the organisation.

Joint Vision thanks Illawarra Women in Business, organiser Glenda Papac and the award sponsors, including Lancaster Law & Mediation and The Works Corrimal.
